We originally brought our 2002 Lexus SC430 into be serviced. We first met JJ when my mother-in-law purchased her new Gx460 off of him in June . While we were waiting to have our SC 430 serviced, we went into the sales department to say hello to him. He was excited to tell us about his new 2019 LS500 that he had recently leased. My husband and I walked over to look at the LS500 and fell in love with the vehicle. JJ talked us into test driving a white one. The ride and beauty of the interior was amazing. I fell in love with red LS500 in June when I was with my mother-in-law as she was in the process of purchasing her GX460. JJ talked me into test driving the red LS500 and I knew instantly that this was the car for me. JJ made our purchasing experience extremely pleasant and seamless. From the beginning to the end of the sale, he was a gentleman as well as extremely knowledgeable and professional. His enthusiasm about Lexus and Mr. Hudson was very impressive to me and my husband. I had been looking at the online market--Vroom, Carmax, CarGuru etc--with much hesitation. They had Lexus vehicles but I was skeptical. My daughter encouraged me to go see Jade. She was so right! Our sales person was JJ/Jay and he’s was so awesome!!! He wasn’t pushy and understood that we had a budget and needed specific things in a car. He even went the extra mile to check up on us and see if we were still happy months after our purchase. The finance people were equally wonderful and sat and negotiated interest rates for me to help us stay in our budget. We decided to include a maintenance plan in our purchase and that part of the staff continues with great service! I was worried it wouldn’t be that way because it’s Lexus and luxury and we bought a used 4Runner but they continue to treat us well and be the utmost help! And we’d been to other dealerships prior to Jim Hudson Lexus and not had great experiences so I was super down about the whole thing. But they made it so easy and I cannot recommend these people more!

We bought a Lexus a RX330 in 2004 (in it’s first year) from Darryn Russ at the old Jim Hudson building. The car has been bulletproof, and we put 187,000 miles on it over 15 years. Our experience during that sale, and through 15 years of service, all of it at Jim Hudson has been outstanding. We finally decided to buy a new car, and compared all the luxury brands, but it came down to another Lexus, and our second RX, the RX350. We stayed with Lexus for two reasons. First and foremost is Darryn Russ, the most personable, thorough, and knowledgeable salesman we have ever encountered. Darryn is a consummate professional, he knows every detail of the RX350, and I am sure he knows the same about all the Lexus models. He is a credit to himself, his customers, and Jim Hudson Lexus. Should we buy another car, it will be from Darryn Russ. The second reason is the Jim Hudson Lexus service department. If our experience with the service department was poor, we would have to consider another vehicle purchase alternative. Happily for us, the service level we have experienced over 15 years has also been excellent. We are looking forward to many years of driving our new Lexus RX350. Our salesperson, Michael Hamilton, was sincere and helpful. No pressure. I was skeptical of the benefits of AWD but in combination with hybrid technology, the lack of front tire chatter on quick starts and turns spoke volumes. The smooth and continuous acceleration and the feeling of stability on the road made us believers. Michael only suggested we test drive the car.

Worked with Juan Figueroa via email and telephone calls to complete the purchase of a 2020 RX350. Juan was very quick to respond and we had a deal before we drove the 75 miles to the dealership. We were graciously greeted by Juan and thought the sign with our names on it was a nice touch. Juan was very easy to work with and we finalized our price right after the test drive. I would certainly recommend Juan to future car buyers. Completing the paperwork and financing was longer than we anticipated. Although we did a very competitive rate. .
