Had I listened to the first service advisor I talked to I would not have ever returned to the dealership. Without looking at my car he told me my car was not the problem and to keep this from happening again I should not leave my key in the car. Danny Chupak and Anita Smith went above and beyond to correct this situation. They should be applauded. Without Anita and Danny’s assistance my answer above would have been a definite NO.
I never mind going to Jim Hudson Lexus for my service on my RX350. First I would like to say that the car I purchased is just perfect. Great running and looks good. The customer service consultant was wonderful. His name was Danny Chupek he explained all that would be done to my car, got me a loaner to use and gave me an approximate time it would be finished. I was going to trade my 2013 RX350 for another Pre-certified car but you know the old saying "if it's not broken, don't fix it". I decided to wait another year before I trade it in. I went in to have 50K mile service done and asked about a noise coming from the AC (a problem which they graciously fixed for me before). They needed to compare a "control" vehicle but, there were no cars on the lot with my same model year. Not to worry. What does the service manager do? Walks on over to the dealer next door where the owner there has the same car and borrows his to try and help me with my issue. #aboveandbeyond

I was driving a 2007 Toyota Avalon which had been a great car, but I was ready to purchase a new car. I looked at the options on line for Lexus and received an email from Kimberly McCaw offering to provide any assistance I might need when making my decision. We emailed several times prior to coming to Columbia on my birthday, August 9, to look at what was available. We met with Kimberly, and I told her what I had in mind. She told me she thought she had the perfect car for me that had just arrived at the dealership. She had the car brought up to the door for me. I loved it on first sight. My husband and I took it for a test drive, and I was sold. We paid a deposit and came back on Tuesday, August 13, to complete the sale and receive a tutorial on the features of the car. Ken Lavender was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us more information than I could take in on one sitting. He offered to meet with us as many times as necessary so that I could learn how to make the most of the features, which are considerable. Eddie, our finance guy, was most informative and extremely nice. From the young ladies at the front desk to the technician who came to check the seat settings and everyone in between were absolutely the most-informed and nicest staff to deal with.
The service department is very knowledgeable and friendly. There is no other place I would take my Lexus in for service. Jim Hudson Lexus IS the best!

I had talked with Kimberly McCaw several times on the phone before I went to the dealership. She answered all my questions in a very friendly yet professional way. When I arrived at the dealership, I felt like we were long-time friends. She was extremely accommodating, making my daughter and me feel like we were her only customers of the day. Her knowledge of the mechanics and the interior of the GX was a huge selling point. The atmosphere was very friendly in the entire dealership. I was in awe of the new-looking and clean facility, the lounge, and the inventory. Sam McElveen was so easy to work with and very accommodating. His personality took the bite out of the price!
