Erik and Bryan and Mr. Counts and Jersey and everyone else are always super courteous and willing to go the extra mile to resolve whatever matter that brings me to the dealership. My purchase of my 2021 Lexus earlier this year marks my first experience with the brand and thus, my first experience with Jim Hudson. I did not know what I was getting myself into. These folks were so consistently nice, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop (it's an old saying, you may have to look it up), and it never did. This is the third car that Ron Best has helped me buy. This one was the most challenging because I was replacing a nearly new car that had been totaled in a car accident. Ron found a car that I would like among the new ones coming in and saved it for me. He covered any rental car costs that weren’t covered by my insurance and even picked me up at the car rental facility where I had to leave the rental. It’s so comforting to be able to deal with someone you know.

Erik and Bryan and Mr. Counts and Jersey and everyone else are always super courteous and willing to go the extra mile to resolve whatever matter that brings me to the dealership. My purchase of my 2021 Lexus earlier this year marks my first experience with the brand and thus, my first experience with Jim Hudson. I did not know what I was getting myself into. These folks were so consistently nice, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop (it's an old saying, you may have to look it up), and it never did. Every time I leave the dealership after having my car serviced, I keep thinking, "Wow, this purchase really worked out."

I am still stunned at how pleasant the entire experience was from beginning to end. Zero pressure at any time from Shannon or any managers and the process was easy and pleasant the entire way through. After the sale was finalized, Jacob the delivery specialist took no less than an hour teaching me everything about the truck, inside and out and endured all of my questions patiently.
