Dropped my Lexus NX off last Friday for the 30k mile service and just as expected, I received outstanding customer service. Tanner was phenomenal!! He was easy to talk to, very informative, and able to answer any questions I had. Felt like I had known him forever. It was a pleasure working with him! Great service. An honest review. The first couple of times I came here I left feeling drained. Waited 4 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Was talked into buying something I really didn’t need at the moment. However, the last 4 or 5 times have been awesome. This is the service I expect from a reputable company. Daniel and Danny didn’t try to take advantage of me. In my opinion they are the best service providers in the industry. Lexus and Cadillac!
