I no longer live in Columbia—and I rarely drive—but I still travel from D.C. to have my maintenance work completed at this dealership because of their exemplary customer service. Tanner is a busy man but he will stop what he's doing to do thing's like help look for things I loose around the dealership. Can seem to keep up with things as I age. He also took the time to put on my wipers on my L'S that I find to be very difficult. Yes, he's worth holding on to 😁

In all honesty mixed treatment there. Management puts off those who do not buy their vehicle there (3 weeks min for warranty work). Shame on them. But when you finally get there, Danil saved the day for me. He’s kind, good at his job and seems to be sincere and care.
