Overall, I had a very good experience with Jim Hudson Lexus. I’ve always done cars private party. This was my first dealership experience. Theron Prescott was extremely professional and extremely courteous. Help me move all my things for my car and allowed me to get in contact with him whenever I needed to. He gassed up the vehicle and got it cleaned up and ready to go. Shawn and the maintenance department helped with an issue, the day after I bought the car it had a steering rack issue, and I was able to bring it in and they replaced the part that typically would’ve costed a significant amount of money and they honored the deal from the previous day in good faith and did it on their Dime. I never felt slighted or taken advantage of. Everything was done in good faith. If you are looking to purchase a car from a dealership and have not done so before I do think you’ll get a first class customer experience there.
