We were in town for an event and needed to get our car serviced and Shaun helped get us in a courtesy car . We drove the car home which was 3 hours away and they drove to our home and delivered my car and picked up the courtesy car. Very professional and went above and beyond our expectations.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Terry Capers was patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond throughout our 2026 Lexus GX 550 purchase. Had the 30,000 mile service performed. Drove off the lot and my car was shaking. I called my advisor and he told me to bring it in and they would take care of everything. He gave me a loaner to drive home. My advisor had the car fixed the next day and told me they would bring it to me but I was running errands so I’d pick it up. Jim Hudson has been great. I always know which tech serviced my car and my advisor, Jared always keeps me in the know with what’s going on with my vehicle.
