In all honesty mixed treatment there. Management puts off those who do not buy their vehicle there (3 weeks min for warranty work). Shame on them. But when you finally get there, Danil saved the day for me. He’s kind, good at his job and seems to be sincere and care.

This I s the 2nd time I wrote this but just wanna let jim hudson lexus what a pleasre bying our 6th lexus from reggie! I've punched quite a few cars trucks cranes and heavy equiptment over the p ast 30 yrs. U see i had a trucking company and steel erection company along with a crane rental company reggie kept us coming back each year purchasing vehicles only because of him your finance manager was also very pleasant to work with best regards David and Gerri Dodd. Jim Hudson Lexus is a 12/10. My family has been buying cars from Jim Hudson dealerships for years and the exceptional experience only gets better and better. Their service department is top notch. I had a battery emergency last week and they got me worked in quickly and fixed the issue (that was another service shop's fault). Exceptional service department!! I’m 63 years old. I’ve been to many car dealership service departments. Jim Hudson Lexus service department is 100 times better than all others! First of all you are greeted immediately. They place a “waiting” paper on the windshield. Very soon after that, someone else comes right over and takes care of you. I was sent a video of work completed I was informed all throughout the process Don’t get me wrong, only Jim Hudson LEXUS gives that kind of treatment, not other Jim Hudson dealers
