I am pleased with the 30,000 service provided to me and my service agent, Sam Mercado was very professional. Every time I go to the dealership, I'm impressed with the facility and the service. I receive text updates including a video of the service results for my car. Keep up the great work! This is my first Lexus but certainly won't be my last!

He was courteous and thorough explaining every aspect of the service, what to expect in terms of cost and duration of the repairs. He kept me updated with regular text messages along the way.
