Even thoughI had an appointment, I had to wait a significant amount and was not sure of the procedure or the process at first. Once I was signed to an attendant, Jared, things went well. He was very attentive and very helpful. I was in for the initial 5000 mile check up.

Marvin was great, only thing I would say is that when you are waiting on a vehicle there should be constant update especially when you put deposit in June and don't receive vehicle until September of I would have had range it would have been a better experience.

We have two Lexus SUVs. We bought a new RX350 Luxary in 2024 and my wife liked it so much we came back this past March and got her a 26 RZ 350e. Great service. An honest review. The first couple of times I came here I left feeling drained. Waited 4 hours for an oil change even though I had an appointment. Was talked into buying something I really didn’t need at the moment. However, the last 4 or 5 times have been awesome. This is the service I expect from a reputable company. Daniel and Danny didn’t try to take advantage of me. In my opinion they are the best service providers in the industry. Lexus and Cadillac!

In all honesty mixed treatment there. Management puts off those who do not buy their vehicle there (3 weeks min for warranty work). Shame on them. But when you finally get there, Danil saved the day for me. He’s kind, good at his job and seems to be sincere and care.
