Erik and Bryan and Mr. Counts and Jersey and everyone else are always super courteous and willing to go the extra mile to resolve whatever matter that brings me to the dealership. My purchase of my 2021 Lexus earlier this year marks my first experience with the brand and thus, my first experience with Jim Hudson. I did not know what I was getting myself into. These folks were so consistently nice, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop (it's an old saying, you may have to look it up), and it never did. Every time I leave the dealership after having my car serviced, I keep thinking, "Wow, this purchase really worked out."

We initially connected with Buddy, the Sales Manager, through an online inquiry and were then introduced to Elijah, who immediately reached out and took excellent care of us. During our drive to Columbia, Elijah stayed in contact, gathered the information he needed, and began much of the paperwork and approval process before we even arrived at the dealership. Because of his preparation and attention to detail, the entire buying experience was seamless and efficient. We spent far less time at the dealership than expected, and the team was able to secure an interest rate that was even better than the one we had already been pre-approved for.
