My purchase of my 2021 Lexus earlier this year marks my first experience with the brand and thus, my first experience with Jim Hudson. I did not know what I was getting myself into. These folks were so consistently nice, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop (it's an old saying, you may have to look it up), and it never did. I have never been disappointed in the service and ever-present professionalism that I receive from the team at Jim Hudson Lexus! Erik and Bryan and Mr. Counts and Jersey and everyone else are always super courteous and willing to go the extra mile to resolve whatever matter that brings me to the dealership. My purchase of my 2021 Lexus earlier this year marks my first experience with the brand and thus, my first experience with Jim Hudson. I did not know what I was getting myself into. These folks were so consistently nice, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop (it's an old saying, you may have to look it up), and it never did. Every time I leave the dealership after having my car serviced, I keep thinking, "Wow, this purchase really worked out."

I purchased an LX700h Overtrail over the weekend from Jim Hudson Lexus with the help of Shannon V. as our sales associate. I am still stunned at how pleasant the entire experience was from beginning to end. Zero pressure at any time from Shannon or any managers and the process was easy and pleasant the entire way through. After the sale was finalized, Jacob the delivery specialist took no less than an hour teaching me everything about the truck, inside and out and endured all of my questions patiently. I was so impressed with the experience, my wife and I are already planning to purchase her next car from Shannon at Jim Hudson Lexus in the next month or so. The best car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone is friendly and very helpful — sales people, sales manager, credit manager, including the young man that helped learn about all the technology in my car and set up my phone. They have plenty of loaner cars, the service people are great, and the waiting area is especially nice. I worked with Anita Smith, she made it happen! On top of all this, I love my 2025 UX 300h Premium!

Danil Weih was my service advisor He was amazing! Gave me a loaner to use for my Service appointment. He said it would be about three hours until the car was finished. He kept me updated. Even had those mechanic send a video of my car in the shop while he worked on it. I truly amazing experience! I almost can’t wait to take my car back for the next service appointment. Highly recommended. I see why Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia is the highest rated dealership in the nation. Not an easy task, but they do it with these.
